Grilling with Beef & Lamb

Grilling with Beef & Lamb

Finally, it’s time to get back to grilling season! Before you fire it up, bone up on these top tips for grilling grassfed beef and lamb.

  • Before cooking, bring meat up to room temperature to keep it from drying out.
  • Grassfed meat requires less cooking time due to its high protein and low fat content. 30% less cooking time is a good rule of thumb.
  • Use high searing temperatures and only flip your burgers once to keep all those flavorful juices.
  • Aim for medium-rare* for best results. Remove the meat from the grill between 125F-130F.
  • After cooking, let meat rest 5-10 minutes before cutting to keep it nice and juicy.
